Reliable Industrial Group (RIG) Acquires Elden Consulting
Reliable Industrial Group (RIG) has acquired Elden Consulting, broadening its industrial and engineering capabilities.
Lakeside Company – Reliable Industrial Group (RIG) – has acquired Elden Consulting & Industrial Services in a continued growth trajectory. Having previously acquired Cogen Global and Energy Services International, this marks the third acquisition that has propelled RIG into a market-leader position.
“Elden’s engineering and operational expertise will be used to enhance RIG’s suite of services which include lube oil flushing, industrial chemical cleaning, steam blowing, and other pre-commission and reliability services. By expanding internal engineering capabilities, RIG will be able to further serve customers’ needs around lubrication management, turnaround service planning, asset and equipment life-extension, emergency services and more”, said Keith Stanisewski Partner at Elden Consulting and Industrial Services.
In addition to these acquisitions, RIG has also signed a long-term contract with Exxon Mobil to be the exclusive provider of end-to-end support for a range of services across a plant’s entire lifecycle, including vibration analysis and various flushing, oil-related preventative maintenance and pre-commissioning services through Exxon’s ILS Mobil Serv program.
