Pat Leads ATC’s manufacturing operations and lean manufacturing activities on a daily basis. He is responsible for optimizing the production of thermoplastic composite parts to ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D and NADCAP standards.
For 30 + years, Pat has performed in multiple capacities from IE analyst, construction scheduling, shop floor management, lean manufacturing senior leadership, operations leadership. He most recently held a General Manager role for 9 years with P&L responsibility for an Aerospace composite product manufacturing business (TCS).
He earned a BA from Western Washington University and later completed a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University.
