Ammon brings nearly 25 years of corporate finance and investing experience, including capital deployment as an industry generalist using every type of debt and equity instrument. Ammon works closely with the Chief Financial Officer to guide Lakeside’s investment strategy and policies, including oversight of the investment portfolio, risk management, and asset allocation.

His previous investing experience includes Cerberus Capital Management, LP where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, portfolio management, and investment exists for a broad range of special situation investments. He has also worked at leading investment and commercial banks making proprietary investments, and advising on mergers and acquisitions, and leveraged finance transactions.

He holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in Microeconomics from Bentley College, where he graduated first in his class.
