Director of Operations | Advanced Thermoplastic Composites

Darek leads ATC’s industry leading aerospace team in production, engineering, quality assurance and purchasing.  He oversees the day-to-day and the future success of ATC. ATC is a leader in LEAN manufacturing principles and execution of complex high quality parts, with an historically consistent 99%+ on-time delivery rating.

With nearly 30 years of Aerospace leadership and management knowledge, he leads an agile team from in-depth experience. Darek built his operational expertise serving 20 years in the U.S. Air Force throughout the world in multiple strategic management rolls.

He holds a degree from American Military University with a BA in Business Management.
