Jacob’s focus is on continually improving operations by implementing robust processes, eliminating inefficiencies in existing processes, and strengthening operational outcomes against key performance indicators. He brings an extensive background in capital improvement, process control, and operations management to the Lakeside Companies diverse portfolio. He provides this strategic operational oversight across all Lakeside entities.

With many years working in the aerospace and lumber sectors, Jacob accrued the knowledge and skillset to implement proper initiatives to drive enterprise-wide successes. He has a personal belief that companies who shift their mindset to a more data-driven approach will see greater successes in a shorter amount of time.  

Jacob graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He also holds a PMP® certificate from the Project Management Institute along with a Credential of Readiness Certificate from Harvard Business School.
