Robert leads the IT team for Lakeside Companies that supports the entire portfolio. His team is responsible for providing technical support to all entities from help desk/problem resolution through system design, implementation, and maintenance.
For nearly 30 years Robert has developed his IT skills, working for both large and small organizations. His expertise includes designing, implementing and supporting networks, directories and ERP systems; designing and supporting SAN/NAS systems; designing and implementing Data Backup, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solution;, help desk implementation and management; and more.
He holds a range of professional certificates including: MCSE, (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), MCSA, (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate), MCITP:SA, (Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Server Administrator), MCITP:EA, (Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Administrator), and multiple MCP’s, (Microsoft Certified Professional)/MCTS’s, (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist), certifications. In addition to the MS certifications, he also holds several CompTIA certifications including Security+ and Project+.
Prior to joining Lakeside, Robert spent 13+ years with Red Lion Hotels Corporation as the Server Systems Team Manager before transitioning to the Great Plains ERP Systems Manager.
