Ryan leads Architerra’s home building efforts overseeing the purchasing, building & architectural departments. He has over 25 years of leadership and management experience in construction. He started as a construction crew member and built his knowledge through on-the-job training and many years experience in various roles.
Working as a subcontractor for many years, he learned the intricacies of framing, drywalling, roofing and more. Ryan spent time with Copper Basin building homes as an Assistant Superintendent before becoming a Superintendent for Greenstone prior to joining Architerra.
