ATC Selected as Key Partner for NASA HiCAM Project
ATC Manufacturing, a Lakeside company, has been chosen as a key partner on NASA’s Hi-Rate Composite Aircraft Manufacturing (HiCAM) project. ATC was selected for their expertise in high-volume thermoplastic composites manufacturing and ability to significantly contribute to the mission of increasing manufacturing rates, reducing costs, and improving aircraft and vehicle performance.
As a key member of both the HiCAM project and the Advanced Composites Consortium, ATC will continue to lead advancements in sustainability, durability, and performance for the aerospace and high-performance materials industries.
This project, along with a recent contract expansion from Boeing, underscore the growing importance of thermoplastic composites for the aerospace industry.
