Pre-Development Application Filed for Triumph Composite Systems
Lakeside has taken the first formal steps to developing the Triumph Composite Systems plant we purchased in 2021. We have begun exploring plans to update and convert the space with Architects West, who recently filed a pre-development application with the city for the project.
“We want to develop the site, refresh the building, and refresh the office space up in the front,” said Jason Kindred, partner at Lakeside Companies. “We are contemplating a potential co-working facility and event center in a lot of that front office space. As far as the rest of the building, we are working to develop it as a potential distribution hub with several different suites available for some of those smaller distribution operations.”
Lakeside Companies is currently seeking input from the city on whether development plans are feasible for the site. Plans remain fluid. Read more on this latest update in the Spokesman Review.
