Lakeside Guides Merger of Assets to Form Reliable Industrial Group
Lakeside recently helped structure the merger of PetrolinkUSA, Cogen Cleaning Technologies and Energy Services International to form Reliable Industrial Group. This brings together a suite of plant reliability and precommission services including air blowing, steam blowing, high-velocity hot oil flushing, hydrolazing, oil analysis and more. It also combines the three companies various flushing and maintenance skids into one of the largest fleets of service equipment in the industry.
