Brian Markham founded Markham Homes, Inc. in 2003. With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry his sense of pride and commitment to quality is apparent in every home he builds. He built a company and staff dedicated to the art of craftsmanship and is focused on detail and design.

In 2021 Markham Homes became a part of Lakeside Companies and changed names to Markham Builders. Brian continues to lead the Markham Builders team in designing and building high-quality homes to eastern Washington.
