Brandon S. Collins

HOAM Manager | Architerra

Brandon oversees HOAM, Architerra’s HOA management company. He is responsible for the daily operations and management of Foxtail, the Trails, and Parklynn Home Owners Association’s. He handles community services, home owner relations, legal, and financial aspects of HOAM.

Previously, Brandon worked in HOA management for five years for a prestigious community in California. He specializes in reducing annual operating costs, architectural review process, and resident requests. He has also been a project manager in the home building market managing due diligence, plan and permit acquisition, and project timeline development.

Brandon is Certified Manager of Community Associations credential (CMCA) from the Community Association Manager International Certification Board as well as the Association Management Specialist credential (AMS) from the Community Associations Institute. He is currently in the process of obtaining the highest possible credential in the industry, the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). He also holds a BA in business from California State University.
