Selkirk Construction Joins Lakeside Companies
Selkirk Construction is strategically combining with Lakeside’s home building and residential development company, Architerra, in 2023. This brings together two teams of experts in complementary areas of home design and build, expanding capabilities and further positioning the team to continue leading the regional market. The combined entity will be led by:
- Tyler Haug, President of Business Operations. Tyler leads strategic planning, development, and growth of Architerra. He successfully built and led Selkirk Construction, which is one of the largest and most recognized custom home builders in North Idaho.
- Lisa Briner, Chief Financial Officer – Lisa will continue to lead accounting, finance, and general management of Architerra. She brings over 20 years of accounting and business management experience to her role and has been leading Architerra as general manager.
- Ryan Beamer, President of Construction – Ryan oversees all construction operations from architecture through purchasing and construction. He brings over 25 years of experience in home construction and has been a key leader at Architerra for several years.
The integration of the two companies will create new opportunities for home buyers to get exactly what they want when building a home in the Spokane, Post Falls, and Coeur d’Alene region. Traditionally, there are two options when building a home: A full custom experience, or a limited production experience with few choices. The combined offering from Architerra and Selkirk fills a gap in the regional market by offering buyers far more options both in Architerra’s highly sought communities or on their own land.
All existing projects and agreements under both companies will continue as previously planned with expanded resource pools as the two companies combine.
